Rates include: continental breakfast, daily room cleaning service, bed linen changed every four days, towels changed on request, use of the kitchen for preparing children’s meals, use the barbecue in the garden, free use of bicycles.
Reservation
To reserve the room we need a deposit of 50% of total amount by bank trasfer or credit card.
Cancellation: if you cancel the reservation up to 30
days before date of arrival we will refound 90% of deposit. If you
cancel the reservation later we will hold back the deposit.
If you cancel
the reservation the day of arrival or in case of no show you will pay
the total amount of reservation.
City Tax: From 01-06 to 15-09 you must pay 0,75 euro for person for night, only by cash payment.
